All four suites have a large spacious private bathroom and a King size bed. In addition, two of the four suites have a built-in sofa and a cozy private deck. The other two suites have a large deck with lounge chairs and a hammock. For pictures of the suites see Facilities

1 October 2010 through 31 October 2010 .........$180 per night
1 November 2010 through June 2011 ................$225 per night
Christmas 2010 and New Year 2011 ..................$275 per night

All four suites are maximum double occupancy and include a full breakfast.
To preserve the romantic atmosphere for our adult guests this property is not suitable for guests under the age of 16.
Check in time is from 2:00pm to 7:00pm and check out time is before 11:00am. Alternate arrival and check out times can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. Please email us with your request.

Cancellations:

We understand that trip itineraries can change, and will try to accommodate your schedule changes as best we can. However, we do require that cancellation of any reservation be received by us within thirty (30) days of your scheduled arrival. Only with this 30 days notice will your deposit be returned (less handling fee).

Sorry, no credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Any refunded deposit is subject to a $50 handling fee, this is to offset any Credit Card fee, PayPal or transfer fee.
