Rates

All four suites have a large spacious private bathroom, and a King size bed. In addition, two of the four suites have, a built in sofa, and a cozy private deck. The other two suites have a large deck with lounge chairs, hammock. The nightly rate includes all taxes and a full breakfast. In the summer we are closed from June 1st until September 30th.

October Special Rate:

Get away from the cool rains and join us in sunny Mexico. For reservations from 10/1/08 to 10/31/08 the nightly rate is $200! (actual date of stay must be a minimum of three nights from 10/1 to 10/31 latest).

All four suites are maximum double occupancy. The room rate includes all local taxes and a full breakfast.
To preserve the romantic atmosphere for our adult guests this property is not suitable for guests under the age of 16.
Check in time is from 2:00pm to 7:00pm and check out time is before 11:00am. Alternate arrival and check out times can be accommodated if pre-arrangements are made in advance. Please email us with you request.

Cancellations:

We understand that trip itineraries can change, and will try to accommodate your schedule changes as best we can. However, we do require that cancellation of any reservation be received by us within thirty (30) days of your scheduled arrival. Only with this 30 days notice will your full deposit be returned.

No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Any refunded deposit is subject to a $25 handling fee.
NOTE: effective January 1, 2007, a valid passport is required to re-enter the United States from any foreign country.
